Show Jobs for You on Card on mobile

The card on the mobile device currently only shows all jobs for the team and it would be useful to show the user's own jobs as well

Inform of signal strength before SYNC

It would be really useful if ALLOY had a way of determining if a SYNC would be successful before attempting it and if not (for example due to Poor Signal), inform the user and ask if they wish to continue

Make URL's clickable on the mobile software

It would give if URL's were clickable on the mobile device. Currently the workaround is to long press on the screen, select all (if whole URL not selected), then click on the internet browser to open link. Not ideal for non-techy folk
