Bulk Action - Reassign Team and Reassign Project

Alloy Web allows you to reassign individual jobs to an alternative project or Team. It would be useful to be able to perform this as a bulk action based on a query created within data explorer.

For file attachments, the only files that are currently viewable in Alloy are images. This means for other documents such as PDFs (eg survey reports, maps etc), these have to be downloaded to be viewed. This creates duplication on people's compute...

Create Permit - USRN Map Picker

Some of our assets are not linked to a USRN, it would help when creating a permit if the USRN picker included a map picker.

Polygon selection at any level.

Ability to filter on attributes from linked designs

Alloy does not show filter option on attributes that are picked from a linked design. Alloy shows filtering on attributes picked from original design only. Can it be made available on all linked designs please?

Add .PRJ file to SHP shapefile exports for use in GIS ESRI software

When loading exported shapefile into corporate GIS ESRI software, it fails to load correctly as there isn't any projection coordinate data. Alloy doesn't provide the .prj file as part of the SHP export.

Bulk update on other designs too

When doing a bulk update, it would be handy to be able to do bulk changes on other linked designs at the same time. ie Lighting Asset design and being able to change attributes in the clean design at the same time

Allow a workflow to trigger another workflow

If a certain parameter is hit in a workflow then allow it to trigger another workflow automatically, ie tick the box cleaning required would initiate that workflow

Allow Folders to be added to Attachments

This would enable us to catagorise the attachments. If we have different utility drawings for different streets in a scheme it would enable the drawings to be seperated for the streets and selected as needed
