Alloy Web allows you to reassign individual jobs to an alternative project or Team. It would be useful to be able to perform this as a bulk action based on a query created within data explorer.

Thanks for raising this with us, both of the requirements here should already be possible in the system by either using bulk editor (specifically for the teams idea) or by using a parameterised manual trigger workflow.

It is worth noting - if there is a workflow set up to link the project/tasks to a member, you will also need to change the user within the edit section of the workflow

If you select the tasks you want, bulk action, edit, enter item details (number 2), add attribute, find team/team member and select desired one. This will assign the selected tasks to them - you can also remove the other assigned users this way.
