We currently can't use Alloy to apply for permits on USRN's with mixed maintenance responsibility.
The Alloy Permit Application process is giving E1734536625
"'USRN' selected is a private street. Private street notices are not supported. Choose another USRN."
I can see that the mesh is returning a private result on USRN's that are partially maintainable by us.
