GIS snapping

When creating items geometry it would be useful to have some snapping tools, for instance, following lines around a pond on OS basemap snap to copy the lines, or creating a new line that meets another line snap to end/middle/intersection to ensure no overlaps. We appreciate this is more akin to GIS tools, but with Alloy becoming more and more embedded and more items coming in to the system the ability to use tools like snapping is more relevant
