Ability to view a defined attribute in multiple selections within a query extract or pdf / csv report rather than "Xno. results" or "pick one"

We have a number of reports being run on a schedule to provide direct information to our EAWR testing provider via email which contains a list of completed tests.

The purpose of one of reports is for the provider to identify missing measurements from the test process gather them and update the electrical test.

This is a CSV output.

To assist them we have included the FAILURE CODES and OBSERVATIONS that have been entered by the tester (via look up / selection) into each test…

They can then use the report / results and entries into these cells so they know if any when a missing data attribute is valid…

However, only one of the FAILURE CODES and OBSERVATIONS shows itself in the report even when multiples are present / selected making their validity of missing data more difficult.

The report only allows to view either "Xno. results" or pick one from the entered list.

If it was possible to have an option for each selected look up to appear on a separate line it would then also be possible to filter / pivot more easily.

For queries / csv exports it would be beneficial for external users to be able to see each selected look up as a "description" or "code" or another design attribute rather than a simple Alloy ID.
