Ability to clone live to test without contacting support

We have 2 environments setup in Alloy, one that holds our live data that we work from and one for testing any changes.

It would be handy for us to have the ability to update the test environment to a recent nightly backup of live without contacting the support team. Similar to how Mayrise was able to load in a zip file to update the test environment.

    Thanks for raising this one with us.

    This ticket is not one we will be taking forward. The complexity of the cloning task, and the amount of time this takes to complete means it is not feasible to allow customers to carry out this action.
