change backgound back to blue out on workflow page

When creating workflows the background used to blue out the background when looking at workflows. on V3 there is only a minor greying out which does not help visually see the nodes. The colours bleed into the background

Please review this along with other items you have introduced with the rebranding on V3 which are visually not great and will lead to issues and more serious complaints about accessibility
