Workflow Editor - actionIds not available

In the workflow editor, the ID of a workflow can be retrieved. However, the Ids of individual actions cannot be retrieved so it is necessary to resort to the browser developer tools to retrieve them. This is inconvenient and error-prone when creating or editing workflows using JSON via the api.
