Permission off the Archive functionality

There is nothing to stop a user archiving inspections/defects/jobs etc. We need to be able to restrict them from doing this because there is nothing to stop them archiving them when they shouldn't be. We could do with either being able to make it ...

Automatically marking work complete

This is possibly a little of an out there idea. Would it be possible to automatically mark off work done by mechanical sweepers, via GPS AND either speed, or preferably, when their brushes are down?
