There is nothing to stop a user archiving inspections/defects/jobs etc. We need to be able to restrict them from doing this because there is nothing to stop them archiving them when they shouldn't be. We could do with either being able to make it so you can't archive them unless at certain statuses or stop them from archiving at all, then using workflows to automatically Archive. Can this be looked at as soon as possible please?

Thanks for raising this one.'ve spoken with our development team and understand the effort involved in this task. At the moment there is no spare capacity to get this one into the immediate roadmap. I'll review this at our next review to see if we have capacity to get this one into the system.

I'll take at look at the options and effort involved on this one and see what can be done. Obviously I can't commit to either a date, or delivering this one without investigating further.
