Importing the type 23 Address DTF record into Alloy NLPG Design is doable via Gateway however this has to be manually maintained and managed which is time consuming. If this is done automatically, there is a huge burden removed from support staff, no lag in updates and with other integrated systems received the immediate benefit of the updates.
The need for this development arisen from the testing of integrated telephone systems and will server beneficial when implementing or exploring other AI software.
