Export Data with Multiple Geometry Types as Separate Shapefiles

When trying to export data from Data Explorer as a shape file the export will not work (Error Code E1552430253 Export Status Was Failed) This appears to eb due to the presence of multiple geometry types (e.g Points, Lines and Polygons). Other web systems that we work with provide similar exports but produce unique shape files for each geometry type as part of the same export request. Can Alloy be configured to do the same?
