Include NLPG premise dates from BLPU or LPI records

It would be helpful if Alloy included the BLPU/LPI dates from the LLPG import allowing us to query newly inserted premises and find what has been updated/inserted/archived from the latest import.

Fields to include: START_DATE, END_DATE, LAST_UPDATE_DATE, ENTRY_DATE

We currently have no way of knowing which properties have been updated from an import other than querying the last edit time however this is updated from any changes to the premise not just the NLPG update.
