Ability to sort tasks in Data Explorer using attributes from the parent design Merged

It would be very useful to be able to sort tasks using attributes from a parent design. For example, when viewing tasks assigned to a certain team, it would be useful to group together tasks that are on the same street, however the street name is only on the network (parent of the task).

Alternatively, You could use the 'navigate' in the attribute selector. Search your parent design and then choose attributes from that, such as 'street name' within 'Highways Network Asset', and then this will appear in the data explorer. (However as far as I am aware this then can't be filtered)

    Hi Stuart,

A possible work-a-round could be opening the tasks in data explorer, and adding team name as an attribute.

Then in your AQS builder add the 'within' node, select 'attribute', then 'Geometry' on the left.

When it takes you back to the AQS click on the question mark on the right, then 'GeoJson'.

Click on the 'No Geometry' and when the box opens click where it says 'No Geometry' (under subtitle 'set geometry').

If you then drag the map to desired location and use the polygon geometry tool (triangle bottom centre) to draw extents around the street, select done and done again on the AQS, this should bring up anything (matching the rest of your query) within that location.

    Hope this helps :)
