We need to easily see the rounds associated to each house. Our contact centres need to quickly be able to tell a resident that information when on the phone, a supervisor needs to know to speak to the correct crew, back office staff need it for a massive amount of reasons. Viewing the rounds currently is 12 steps to many, you need to toggle things on and off to get the right info, go into different desgins, it is just a big mess and not user friendly at all. I've attached a picyure of somehting simular, can this be added to a house so it is quicker and simple!
Thanks for raising this with us. This functionality should be available in the system already using AQS attributes in the stencil editor.
I believe you are currently going through the implementation of Alloy, if this is correct, ask the project team for assistance on getting this setup for you.
