Drag/drop controls Item Forms

Ability to drag and drop attributes/controls to change the order the same as you can in Stencil editor please, otherwise you have to start again each time.

    I think this ties in with a support ticket I put in after the update at the end of May (ref: 00145665) as the updates to the Item Form builder to allow expressions seemed to break the drag & drop ability.

    After posting this, realised it can be done, but isn't as straight forward as click and drag like it is in stencil editor.
