to be able to have a attribute which would automatically populate based on another attribute , especially based on a aqs query. e.g. if the geometry is within the township layer. to pull off the name of the township and populate it.
This will save having to do multiple workflow branches just to get the township name in a design when created.
Hi, thanks for raising this idea. This is already possible through the AQS Query control on an Item's Stencil. There is an added option for that control to display the First Result instead of a result count, meaning with this example, you'll be able to dynamically fetch the township the item's geometry is within, without having to create a workflow to keep it synchronised.
