Being able to have different stencils and setting who can see them.

User Story - As an Admin I need to be able to see a lot of the attributes to managed the system easily, however an operative only needs to see the attributes related to repairing the asset. I think it would make things more efficient depending on the individuals involvement with the system.

Hi, it was for the viewing side of things. However good point regarding the permissions. Thanks Jon. Feel free to remove this idea.

Hi! Thanks for raising this. I wanted to double check with you that your idea is to control what attributes operatives can see when viewing (and therefore use stencil) and not for what they see when editting (Item Forms)?

The main reason I wanted to ask is that while we only allow one stencil to be made available for each design, you do still have fine control over the attributes available for different users to view using permissions.

If you were editing an item, you can define multiple item forms for designs, these forms are also controlled through permissions, allowing for the tailoring of the different views on the data.
