Set / change height of map control in report

At the moment, the vertical height of a map control is unable to be set - only the horizontal width as a percentage of the page.

This creates narrow, letterbox shaped map windows which are not very useful, particularly for polygon geometries.

    Thanks for raising this idea, we'll investigate it further and will potentially include it in the next round of work focused on the Report Builder.
