Our contractors make great use of the mobile devices so that the operatives on site have access to all the documents they need such as utility plans. However where there are several asset jobs with the same set of plans required currently they have to upload them to each asset job which is very time consuming. It would be useful if there was the facility to upload the the same attachments to multiple jobs. From your point of view it could also mean less documents uploaded i.e. no duplicates.
