Fix the date/time attributes when exporting for use in other software

At present when the this type of date is exported it is current 1 hour behind what it should be and also the format of the data/time field is in such a format that it excel won't format it straight out of the box with out splitting it down.

Unfortunately, there's not much we are going to be able to do here as we are tied to providing date time stamps in ISO-8601 format. This is to avoid providing different data exports depending on the timezone in which someone exports data.

When loading the data in Excel don't open the CSV. Go to the Data tab > New Query > from File > From CSV and select the CSV file. This for me, opens the CSV and converts the date time to local date time without intervention. If your set to a different time zone you can click edit on the import and right click on the column and select change type > to local.

There is something you could do and I suspect all UK users would want this, but I feel it fits in that to hard box, rather then looking for a solution to a problem that exists.
