When you are creating a job you may wish to add attachments, photos etc, if this was included as part of the creation process, then it may stop some frustrations with the refresh box popping up when you try and add them on the job post creation, as very often people are quick to add these on but are stopped as workflows are firing in the background.
Thanks for submitting this idea. We have already have plans to look at adding this option and the feature is in our backlog currently being designed.
