Labels for resources on map

In addition to the geometry of the items be able to show labels on the map, where the labels depend on some attribute value. Think of it as having the title of the resource appear not only on the RHP, but also on the map. Makes it very easy to locate items and zoom to area of interest. Also, it is expected and desirable functionality since all major GIS packages work the same way.Currently, such a label appears only when a resource is selected.
