When staff leave the organisation I need to be able to archive user accounts so staff that have left cannot alter records. I currently remove user from Groups & roles, even when I archive I can still log into the system even though I cant do much.
Hi, Thanks for the idea. As stated, Archiving Users does not have the effect of disabling user access to the system. We do however have an option to disable a user but this is not currently possible directly through the web client (and requires a support request). We'll link this idea to a feature aimed at exposing the ability for an Admin to disable a user via the API/ Web-Client.
