Allow entering attribute properties from Designer (especially URL property)

It is possible to have an attribute value act as an active hyperlink if one adds the "URL" attribute property to that attribute. This is currently, possible only via the backend, but should also be supported via Designer in the UI, as it is a commonly requested feature.
