When trying to archive an asset which has associated locked jobs/defects/inspections etc that are locked, the asset fails to archive as it is locked for editing due to associated locked items. Electrical tests for example need to be locked after completed to stop them being edited afterwards. The archiving function needs to recognise/realise that some items are already locked, as it is a tedious task to unlock everything just to be able to archive an asset
