Change Subject line in Workflow emails

When using workflows to send an email it would be useful to be able to change the subject line to better reflect the purpose of the email. When using these for multiple different notifications they can get lost in the noise if every one has the same 'Workflow Notification' subject.

    With this being one of the most popular ideas on the customer ideas portal and it has been a future consideration for over a year, could we please ask it is moved up the priority list? With more and more workflows and emails being the go to form of communication I am being pestered to improve the emails but this is stopping me. We also cannot have this going anywhere but internally and would like to use some of this functionality to help customers, but having the "Workflow Notification" as a subject is not suitable for external partners or the public/councillors

    Completely agree with this.


    We are getting frequent requests for automating reports (via email). We are now being asked to automate emails externally to the council, I think it looks unbelievably unprofessional sending emails out with the current "Workflow Notification" subject.
