Allow hiding rarely-used designs from Search

As a web client Alloy user, I typically want to see only the designs or design interfaces of interest when I search into those categories, and not all of the System or Blueprinted designs that are rarely, if ever, used by me, in order to quickly select and work on the item of interest.

Currently, even with the bare minimum of modules installed, there's approximately 60 designs created by the System by default. Examples include designs such as "Add Links", "Clone Item", "Counters", "Create Item" etc. If I had the ability to configure which designs to hide/show when searching, this would really help declutter my search results.

Some ideas: Such filtering functionality could also be achieved by extending tags on designs ("Visible" tag) and then supporting these tags in Search. Or it could be a Show/Hide in search switch.
