Update label of relative time 'last monday' to 'Start of Week (Monday)'

As a query builder I want to be clear on the expected behaviour of the relative date function.

Today is Tuesday. The condition to show Jobs where Completion Time - Greater than - Last Monday' will show jobs completed since 00:00 yesterday or since the start of the week. 'Last Monday' may mean Monday 8 days ago to some people.

If this was relabeled as 'Start of Week (Monday)' it would make clear the expected behaviour of this relative date option.
