I would like to be instructed informed that the mapping selected is available
So that I can make a decision to switch to an offline basemap
Background
Alloy mobile currently allows for both online and offline maps to be used within the application. If a device has no connection for online maps, the user currently only sees a blank screen.
When this happens, and the customer has downloaded offline maps, it would be great to pop-up a message to stay there is no data connection please use offline maps.
