Thanks for getting back to us, I'm going to add this to our backlog of things to look at, it's most likely not going to result in a tooltip, particularly on mobile, but we'll see what we can do to allow more information to be displayed when editing an item.

One example we have is where and inspector has to pick whether the risk is negligible, minor, medium or severe. We have wording that explains to the inspector what the definition of each of those is. There isn't room to include that information in the title, so it would have been good to hover over it and see the definition. Is it possible to display the info below the attribute as a read only multiline text box via the stencil?
Hi, we're not going to be able to implement this on our mobile applications as hover is not a standard interaction.
Out of interest, what are the extra details you are trying to display for the attributes?
