Permisions hints in creation of lookups or applicable defects/jobs/inspections

when craeting a lookup item in designer, could alloy prompt you to remind you that it should be includeded in a readonly group, asigned to mobile users, to let them see it. it doesnt need to to that part, just remind you it needs doing.

In a simmilar way when a job/defect/inspection is created that is made applicable to an asset, it needs including in a "Filters for Mobile" so that information is on the tablet for mobile work, without a signal.

Just niceties, so it educates the users as they work.

Rather than wait for them to reset the tablet only to find out its still not there, and still doesnt work.

Just making the whole process slicker.
