One of the really useful features of the Mayrise In Cab software was the ability to Direct Message between the In Cab user and the back office. As our waste operatives/drivers aren't provided with a mobile phone, this functionality was widely used by both waste drivers and supervisors to aid in the day to day management of the service, especially in dynamically dealing with issues that the collection crews might experience in the field. This was lost in moving to Alloy. Replicating this functionality in Alloy would greatly enhance the product offering.
